Selena. 22 years later.

Selena has and will always be my greatest (celebrity) inspiration. I can't even remember a time that I have not loved her. I'm not one to envy people, especially famous people, but Selena is different. She IS someone that women can look up to and be inspired by. I found my love of fashion and makeup through her. I have always felt like I had a lot in common with her, especially with the broken Spanish because I am THE worst haha. I always freeze up when people try to have a conversation with me in Spanish. It saddens me that I will never get to see her perform. I hope she knows the love I've had for her my entire life, and how much she's encouraged me to go after what I want. Thank you Selena. Your legacy will forever live on in this world, and in my life.
